We're an energetic architectural studio of 50 creative professionals looking for a vivacious, organised, and tech-savvy Studio Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our studio.

This role is a varied role where you will be responsible for Reception, ensure the Studio is exceptionally presented and maintained, as well as providing operational support to the operations and wider team in an effective and efficient manner.

You'll play a key role as the first point of contact for our clients, consultants and visitors setting the tone for a professional, warm, and efficient experience.

The role requires a strong working relationship with all members of the Operations Team, fostering collaboration, open communication, and shared responsibility in achieving operational excellence while contributing to a positive team culture.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Greet, assist and clients, consultants, visitors and the general public to the appropriate staff member
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and studio logistics
  • Maintain and improve office systems (we love efficiency)
  • Assist with event coordination
  • Assist Practice Manager to ensure implementation of and compliance with QMS, WHS, Project Information Management and other platforms, requirements and procedures, maintain and monitor compliance with internal office work programs.
