Join a nationally acclaimed architecture and design practice recognised for shaping some of Australia's most significant civic and cultural spaces. This dynamic studio is seeking an experienced architectural administrator to come on part time to provide pivotal project support during the early planning and delivery stages of a landmark public healthcare project. Based in the Adelaide office, you'll collaborate with a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team contributing to a major new piece of Australia's public infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain project documentation and stakeholder correspondence
  • Attend and record PCG meetings, preparing accurate and timely minutes for distribution
  • Support project leaders in managing schedules, deliverables, and communication workflows
  • Ensure effective coordination between design, client, and consultant teams
  • Contribute to seamless project administration during key planning phases

Skills & Experience

  • Background in architecture, design, or construction administration
  • Proven experience on large-scale, complex public or healthcare projects
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with a proactive, detail-focused approach
  • Confidence working both autonomously and within a collaborative studio environment
