Senior Training & Onboarding Manager

Cirrus8 is looking for a confident, people-focused Senior Training & Onboarding Manager to lead our Training team and ensure new clients have an exceptional onboarding experience.

About the Role

You'll own the full onboarding and training journey for new clients using Cirrus8. This includes managing and coaching the Training team, designing and improving training content, supporting clients as they adopt the software, and ensuring a seamless transition to our Support team.

You'll play a key role in client retention, product understanding, and setting clients up for long-term success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Training team to deliver high-quality onboarding
  • Plan, deliver, and refine training sessions that are clear, engaging, and aligned with best practice
  • Create and maintain training materials, webinars, and resources for new and existing clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through their onboarding journey
  • Understand client processes and help them configure Cirrus8 to best support their workflow
  • Gather client feedback and use insights to improve training content and delivery
  • Monitor onboarding progress, identify learning gaps, and provide follow-up support where needed
  • Provide detailed handovers to the Support team to ensure continuity
  • Work closely with Support and Management to improve processes and client outcomes
  • Assist with resolving support tickets when required
  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers

About You

  • Experience in a Training Management or Senior Training role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Passionate about delivering excellent client experiences
  • A proactive problem solver with a "can do" attitude
  • Confident working through change, ambiguity, and new challenges
  • Well organised with excellent time management skills
