The Role

We're looking for a motivated individual to support our sales operations by ensuring the efficient staging, slitting, spooling, picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders. This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What We're Looking For

· A current forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)

Key Responsibilities

· Operate machinery including slitting machines, packing machines, and core cutters

· Pick and pre-stage jumbo stock for machine operations

· Process customer orders efficiently and to a high standard

· Follow warehouse procedures for picking, packing, and dispatching orders

· Coordinate with courier and freight services as needed

· Deliver goods to customers when required

· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

· Adhere to all Workplace Health & Safety procedures

· Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stocktakes

Skills & Experience

· Good verbal and written communication skills in English

· Basic computer literacy; SAP experience is a plus

· Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail

· Forklift licence preferred

· Valid driver's licence required

· Customer-focused with the ability to multitask

· Dependable, adaptable, and a positive team contributor

· Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 – $56,000.00 per year
