We have an amazing HR team, and we are looking for someone who is fun, dynamic and likes a fast-paced and diverse environment. Reporting to the Manager Human Resources, the Recruitment Officer provides a pivotal service ensuring our workforce has the right people in the right roles at the right time.

What you need to do

Business Partnering: Work closely with hiring managers, department heads, to understand job requirements, identify talent gaps, and ensure successful onboarding processes.

Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for open positions across multiple disciplines.

Candidate Screening: Critically evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Employment Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Rocky Bay's employer brand and promote our organisational culture, values, and employee value proposition.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies while maintaining accurate and comprehensive recruitment records and metrics.
