The Practice:

Our client is a respected mid-sized architectural practice located on the leafy city fringe. They have a diverse range of projects comprising Student Accommodation, Commercial buildings and up-market/boutique Hotel developments. They have a culture that is driven by achieving quality design outcomes, combined with the highest level care and respect for clients.

The Opportunity:

The practice currently seeks an experienced Project Architect to join their team on a permanent basis. This practice has a proven track record of upskilling staff, and as such long term prospects exist to progress within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate must be able to:

  • Contribute to all project phases, from concept design through to construction documentation and administration;
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and practical design solutions;
  • Engage with Directors and External Stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives;
  • Utilize BIM tools, particularly Autodesk Revit, to deliver efficient project documentation.

Skills Required

  • A Registered Architect, with demonstrated experience leading multi-res projects;
  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM360 is essential;
  • Strong design and technical skills with attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
