Bamara is seeking a Claims and Compliance Administrator to support our Workforce Australia program. This is your opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
About the Role:
As a Claims and Compliance Admin, you will play a key role in ensuring our job services meet government requirements and achieve positive outcomes for participants. You'll be responsible for accurate processing of claims, documentation review, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards, entering and processing wage subsidy claims from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process employment and outcome claims in accordance with Workforce Australia guidelines
- Conduct internal audits of participant files and documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into government systems
- Identify and escalate non- compliance issues
- Support frontline teams with compliance queries and process training
- Maintain strong working knowledge of relevant contracts and legislative frameworks
About You
- Previous experience in administration, compliance or claims processing(workforce Australia or DES experience is highly desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines and contractual requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal CRM systems
- Strong written an verbal communication skills
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently and within a team
- WWCC and ability to sufficiently pass a police clearance
