We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties. This role requires a highly experienced property professional who can efficiently oversee all aspects of property management, maintain exceptional client relationships, resolve complex issues, and ensure all processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards. You will also work with remote professionals to ensure efficiencies within the workflow.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional service levels.
· Address and resolve tenant and landlord concerns in a professional and timely manner.
· Ensure all property management tasks comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
· Facilitate the tenancy approval process in collaboration with the Leasing Officer.
· Approve advertisements for available rental properties under existing management.
· Oversee the accuracy of documentation related to leasing, renewals, and terminations.
· Work with remote professionals to ensure efficiencies within the workflow.
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience in a property manager role with a minimum 12 months.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
· Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (experience with real estate platforms is a plus).
· A proactive, problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
