Sales Trainee

We are currently seeking a hardworking and determined Sales Trainee to join our professional sales team at Brighton BMW & MINI Garage.

**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will join our team of sales professionals who are constantly motivated to be the best in their field. This position offers an attractive salary package and is a great opportunity to advance your career.

Your daily tasks will include following up with leads provided to you by the dealership as well as generating your own leads, creating and maintaining positive relationships with customers ensuring they receive the full Sales Experience and striving to achieve and succeed your monthly targets whilst also working within a friendly team environment.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Able to build a good rapport with a variety of people
- Have had previous experience in a customer facing role
- Have the ability to perform under pressure.
- Be available to work a 5 day a week, Saturdays are a must
