About The Role
As part of our Vintage season, we are looking for people who are keen to work in partnership with other records clerks and be responsible for the maintenance and compilation of AS400 wine and spirit records. This role will:
- Process daily and dispatch operation notes for wine and spirits
- Prepare and consolidate spreadsheets for vintage, board, and winemaking reports
- Manage stock counts, verify quantities, and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate transport for wine and juice across local, interstate, and external sites
- Support cellar operations, follow HSEQ policies, and assist with tasks as directed by management
