**About the role**:
You will be responsible for the maintenance of our wine and spirit records as well as the compilation of reports for our winemaking and cellar teams. Key Accountabilities include:

- Processing of daily wine & spirit operation instructions.
- Generation of operational notes for dispatch.
- Spreadsheet preparation and consolidation for month end and winemaking reports.
- Production of Vintage reports during the harvest period.
- Preparation of count sheets for stock takes.
- Checking of stock quantities for accuracy, investigate, report, and adjust where discrepancies occur.
- Organisation of local, interstate, external winery wine/juice movement

**About You**:

- Wine Industry knowledge is highly desirable
- High level of knowledge of computer software packages
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
