**Job Overview**

We're seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of Recruitment Coordinator. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital part in our Talent Acquisition team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing interviews, updating interviewer availability calendars, administering our Applicant Tracking System, creating offer letters and employment contracts, crafting recruitment-related posts for social media, and supporting broader HR projects.

This is an entry-level opportunity to build a career within HR or Talent Acquisition. We're looking for someone who is adaptable, has strong organizational skills, and can prioritize tasks effectively.

Key qualifications include tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields, previous experience performing administrative tasks, ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
