As a result of continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Mortgage Broker to join our team in
early 2026
.

We're looking to hire you if you have:
- Minimum 2-3+ years' experience as a Mortgage Broker.
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40821) or equivalent.
- Proven success in relationship management and identifying new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- A good understanding on how to run an application from meeting to settlement.
- A strong desire to succeed and be self-motivated.
- Being able to call a book for opportunities and be on socials
Primary responsibilities:
- Providing finance brokerage advice & services to existing clients.
- Actively generating referral networks to attract new clients through various methods including marketing.
- Liaise with lenders, clients and support staff to ensure smooth settlements
- Maintaining all finance brokerage related compliance & legislative requirements & procedures
- Organising, coordinating & presenting training about finance issues for other employees of the group
- Collaborate with accountants and advisors to align lending with broader financial strategies

The salary package will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience and will comprise a base salary along with bonus and commission components.
