What You'll Do

  • Perform expert carpet repairs including patching, stretching, seam repairs, and stain removal
  • Assess damage and recommend appropriate solutions to clients
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment at every job site
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and team members
  • Document work performed and submit job details via mobile app or form
  • Transport tools and materials to job sites (company vehicle may be provided or mileage reimbursed)

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in carpet repair or flooring installation (1+ years preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Smartphone proficiency for job tracking and communication

Bonus Points If You Have

  • IICRC or flooring certifications
  • Experience with carpet dyeing or specialty repairs
  • Bilingual communication skills
  • Your own tools and equipment (not required)
