What's the role?
As an Associate / Senior Associate Property NSW, you will be a part of WIB's NSW Real Estate & Health (REH) industry team, which supports the origination and execution of Property and Health transactions within WIB.
WIB's REH industry team is responsible for high quality loan origination and best in class engagement to a diverse group of institutional, corporate and private property and health related customers. Our property clients include a broad range of industry participants including A-REIT's, unlisted wholesale property fund managers, developers, contractors, private investors and global institutions such as sovereign wealth funds and pension funds. We support clients active in Retail, Residential, Office and Industrial asset classes as well as other specialised property markets.
In the role, you'll support the execution of property finance solutions. You'll work as part of a national team, helping create a true point of market differentiation through deep sector and customer insights, underwrite and distribute high quality credit submissions and transactions designed to bring insight and solutions to help our clients manage their funding and capital management needs.

here's what will help you succeed:
- Proven understanding of Property finance or credit analysis and financial models to compile credit papers, assist with pitches and sector research and business development materials delivering real value for our clients by leaning intoshared knowledge, using data insights and Group expertise.
- Write credit submissions including good quality risk analysis and financial forecasting, be able to present and navigate submissions through WIB's risk management decision process with a focus on delivering safely and acting upon well-understood risks and tailored solutions.
- A curious mindset, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly. These skills may have been developed during your time in a wholesale or corporate and Institutional banking environment.
