Parts Interpreter – Truck Dealership

Based: Suttons Trucks Arncliffe

About the role

  • MULTIPLE ROLES AVAILABLE: Experienced and junior roles available
  • Work with the brands Isuzu Trucks, Kenworth and DAF.
  • Representing Isuzu Genuine Parts and PACCAR Parts

· Work towards work schedules for parts department

· Answer enquiries in regards to parts orders

· Attend to workshop staff/customers efficiently and courteously

· Interpret customer requirements across both panel and mechanical

· Handle external retail and wholesale business

About you

  • Strong sense of self-motivation and enthusiasm with a high work ethic and 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to listen and follow direction
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Professionally presented at all times
  • Reliable with a good work ethic
  • Attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • A willingness to work and learn
