Graphic Designer | Social + Performance Creative

We're working with one of Australia's fastest-growing social and creative agencies to find a Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, data, and performance.

This agency partners with some of the most exciting brands in the country and is known for setting the benchmark when it comes to high-converting paid social creative. If you're passionate about designing visuals that stop thumbs and drive results, this role will put you right at the frontier of social advertising.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing static and motion-ready creative for paid social platforms (primarily Meta) with a focus on direct response performance
  • Translating briefs into compelling visuals that match platform best practice and brand tone
  • Collaborating with creative strategists and producers on campaign concepts, storyboards, and ideation sessions
  • Maintaining design consistency while pushing boundaries and bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • Evolving your design approach based on performance insights and feedback

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in digital or advertising design, with a portfolio showcasing strong visual storytelling and results-driven creative
  • Familiarity with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad formats and what makes them convert
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop + Illustrator), with working knowledge of Figma
  • Experience designing for both static and video-based campaigns
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator who can take feedback and run with it
  • Bonus: storyboarding experience or collaboration with motion designers/editors
