About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on and motivated individual to join our production team. The role involves a variety of workshop-based tasks including vinyl cutting and application, signage manufacturing, and general fabrication. You'll work closely with our experienced team to help bring signage projects to life from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cutting, weeding, and applying vinyl graphics to a range of substrates
  • Assisting with the manufacture and assembly of signage (including panels, 3D letters, and fabricated signs)
  • Operating and maintaining workshop tools and equipment
  • Reading and interpreting drawings and production specifications
  • Supporting installation preparation and occasional on-site work as required
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in the signage industry or similar trade-based environment
  • Proficiency in vinyl cutting and application
  • General workshop and tool-handling skills (e.g. saws, drills, hand tools)
  • Good eye for detail and pride in producing quality work
  • Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
