Exciting Opportunity: Travel Consultant (Global Operations) – Perth Office, Australia
We are currently seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our Global Operations team based in Perth, Australia. In this role, you will expertly handle a range of demanding and complex travel and accommodation requests for corporate clients.
Key Qualifications:
· Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
· Fresh graduates are welcome
· Ability to work independently and handle pressure with poise.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
As a
Travel Consultant
, your main job responsibilities and duties will be but not limited to the following:
1) Identifying and determining client's needs and providing suitable travel related solutions
2) Supplying clients with pertinent information related to travel arrangements
3) Arranging and organising travel arrangement including processing booking request
4) Issuing travel documents including processing of travel invoice
5) Managing client's feedback to be escalated further to the Client Partnership Team and/or Group Operations
6) Providing input on areas needing improvement to enhance existing service delivery
7) Undertaking business travel as required by the Company for the purposes of; client visits, business meetings and training.
