The Role:

As a
Principal
, you'll be a leader in the investor relations advisory team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, develop and implement impactful investor engagement strategies. You'll be hands on with clients through their financial calendar events, including results, AGMs, roadshows, and investor days. You will engage with the investment community and be a trusted advisor to Boards and c-suite. Clients will look for your advice and support to build their position, profile and engagement with currrent and potential investors. Your colleagues are a strong team of professionals with backgrounds in buy-side, sell-side, in-house IR, strategic communications and media. As a leader, you will also have a role growing the business, mentoing and representing Automic at industry events - all while being part of a wider dynamic professional services team.

What You'll Do:

  • Shape and execute investor relations strategies that make an impact.
  • Build and nurture relationships with investors, analysts, and advisors.
  • Advise on corporate transactions, ASX/ASIC disclosures, and investor communications.
  • Bring a deep understand market dynamics and ability to identify opportunities to grow the business.
  • Mentor and inspire team members as the business continues to grow.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10–12+ years in investor relations, capital markets, or advisory.
  • Deep understanding of the capital markets and strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Proactive, growth mindset toward your clients, and your colleagues.
  • Leadership skills to guide and mentor others.
  • Excellent communicator who has the capability to understand and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proven success in client acquisition, retention, and portfolio management.
