In the role of
National Director
, you will join the
C&IB Transaction Banking team
that's doubling down on
customer obsession
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Lead a team of business development and account management specialists to design and execute sector-specific growth plans
  • Deliver frictionless transaction banking structures that drive financial and operational efficiencies for clients
  • Develop and commercialise payments and liquidity management opportunities to grow revenue and market share
  • Provide actionable insights and communicate client feedback to shape the product roadmap and strategy
  • Proactively manage risk and ensure compliance while delivering superior customer experiences

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Deep, proven knowledge and direct experience in transaction banking and liquidity management
  • Strong business development skills and a track record of managing complex client relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving change, performance, and securing executive sponsorship
  • Ability to build trust and respect with senior stakeholders and clients, and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Relevant tertiary and post-graduate qualifications are mandatory
