Ampersand are partnering with a top-tier professional services firm to recruit a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join their dynamic and collaborative Business Development & Marketing team in Canberra.

Working closely with teams focused on the public sector, this role will see you support high-impact client initiatives and firmwide marketing and BD projects.

The Role

You'll be involved in a wide range of marketing, communications and BD activity including:

  • Assisting with the development of tenders, proposals, capability statements, and lawyer profiles
  • Supporting research into industries, competitors, and clients to inform BD strategies
  • Coordinating internal and external client events, including webinars, briefings, and seminars
  • Managing website content and supporting thought leadership initiatives
  • Contributing to firmwide BD projects and process improvement initiatives

About You

We're looking for someone who is collaborative, curious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally have:

  • A degree in marketing, communications, or a business-related field (or relevant experience)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • 2+ years experience in a B2B corporate environment
  • The ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
  • A genuine interest in professional services.
