You'll lead and inspire a high-performing
merchandise and demand planning team
, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time — driving
sales, margin and inventory productivity
. You'll shape and deliver the
planning strategy
for the Camping business unit, overseeing forecasting, replenishment and financial modelling.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the merchandise planning and inventory strategy for the BU
  • Deliver sales, gross profit, and stock productivity targets through smart forecasting and replenishment decisions
  • Partner with Merchandising and Supply Chain to create efficient stock flow and optimise working capital
  • Develop and mentor a team of planners, building capability, engagement, and future leadership strength
  • Champion continuous improvement across planning tools, processes, and systems
  • Collaborate across the business to bring the BCF range and promotional plans to life

About You
You're commercial, analytical, and collaborative — someone who thrives at the intersection of numbers and strategy. You'll likely bring:

  • Experience leading a merchandise planning team in a large retail environment
  • A strong grasp of financial planning, inventory management, and forecasting
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive results
