You'll lead and inspire a high-performing merchandise and demand planning team, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time — driving sales, margin and inventory productivity. You'll shape and deliver the planning strategy for the Camping business unit, overseeing forecasting, replenishment and financial modelling.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the merchandise planning and inventory strategy for the BU
  • Deliver sales, gross profit, and stock productivity targets through smart forecasting and replenishment decisions
  • Partner with Merchandising and Supply Chain to create efficient stock flow and optimise working capital
  • Develop and mentor a team of planners, building capability, engagement, and future leadership strength
  • Champion continuous improvement across planning tools, processes, and systems
  • Collaborate across the business to bring the BCF range and promotional plans to life
