The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Dispatch Worker to handle outward goods and ensure all customer orders are packed, checked, and shipped accurately and on time.

This is a practical, detail-focused position within a friendly, supportive production team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and pack finished goods for dispatch
  • Conduct final quality checks before shipment
  • Book freight with transport and courier providers
  • Generate and maintain dispatch records and documentation
  • Work with stock management and freight software systems
  • Maintain a clean and organised dispatch area

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics roles
  • Competence using computer software for stock control and freight booking
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Good communication and record-keeping skills
  • A proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious attitude

Forklift licence or experience with packaging fragile goods will be an advantage, but not essential.
