Are you a pick/packing warehouse superstar?

Wholesale Funeral Products Australia is a fast growing Australian eCommerce business that is in need of a casual pick/packer for an immediate start.

We need to add a new warehouse staff member to cover the recent business growth. Ideally, this person will start as a casual with a view to increasing the hours within the first 12 months.

The role is Monday to Friday only, with a start time of 8 am. The initial role is 15 hours a week spread over 3 or 4 days, plus leave cover when required.

Daily tasks covered in this role:

  • Pick and packing daily orders for several dispatch deadlines
  • Restocking pick bays
  • Use of Forklift/High Reach to replenish pallet stock
  • Assisting in warehouse receivals including product QA
  • Occasional assembly work as required

What we need from you:

  • Previous warehouse experience is a must
  • Minimum 2 years of forklift experience and hold a current forklift license
  • Attention to detail - pick/packing accuracy
  • Be physcially fit and able to manage continual lifting of cartons up to 25kgs
  • Happy to be on your feet for long periods of time
  • Proficient in English
  • Can learn new skills quickly
  • Be a reliable, responsible and hardworking team player
  • An understanding of warehouse processes and systems and OH&S
  • Ability to take instructions and work to deadlines
