Choice Hotels Asia-Pac, the largest hotel franchise in the Asia-Pac region has an exciting new opportunity as a Support Consultant in the Franchise Performance Team.

As a Franchisee Support Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides support to our franchisees across Asia-Pac assisting them with their day-to-day operations.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer franchisee calls and emails providing assistance with day-to-day operational needs including Property Management Systems, Billing, Procurement, Choice systems, and lodging support tickets.
  • Assist with providing support and training to franchisees on hotel standards, procedures, and systems.
  • Assist and support the new property opening services process, for new franchisees transitioning into the portfolio.
  • Review and report on Guest Satisfaction Reviews via Medallia.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Provide administration support to the wider Franchise Support Centre and Brand Compliance team as required.
  • Assist with procurement administration functions as required.
  • Involved in special projects, such as; branded signage for properties, photography updates, and others as required.

The ideal candidate for this role would have the following experience:

  • A strong communicator and ability to maintain a culture of willingness to serve our franchisees, and members of the external teams at Choice Hotels Asia-Pac.
  • A demonstrated ability to take ownership of challenges and work them through to a viable solution.
  • Be experienced in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • A demonstrated ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks.
  • Experienced with hotel property management systems (PMS) would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience working in a franchise accommodation organisation is also a benefit.

This is a hybrid working role, with a mix of working from home and time spent working from the office.
