Full-Time Retail Supervisor | James Street & Albion

Sunday–Thursday | Hands-on FOH role | Coffee service at James Street

At Jocelyn's Provisions, we've built our reputation on uncompromising quality, warm service, and a genuine love for food. We're looking for Full-Time Retail Supervisors to support the Store Managers at our James Street (with coffee service) and Albion stores in leading our teams and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help ensure smooth service, team support, and consistently high standards across customer service, presentation, and operations. This is a hands-on role that requires leadership by example on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities


• Support the Store Manager in the daily running of the store


• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service


• Oversee opening and closing procedures, tills, and cash handling


• Assist with training and developing team members


• Maintain stock presentation, merchandising, and product quality standards


• Step into the Store Manager role when required


• Ensure compliance with WHS and food safety practices


• At James Street, support the coffee service offering as part of FOH leadership

About You


• Previous FOH or retail leadership/supervisory experience (hospitality or food industry preferred)


• Strong communication and people skills with a hands-on approach


• Reliable, organised, and confident in leading a team


• Passionate about food, service, and maintaining high standards


• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
