About the role

Speedy linemarking Au' is seeking an Experienced linemarking operator to join our team in Parramatta, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for operating specialist linemarking equipment to provide high-quality line marking services to our clients in the construction industry. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital part in the delivery of our services and the success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Operate specialist linemarking equipment to apply road markings, car park lines, and other surface markings to a high standard
  2. Perform pre-start checks and basic maintenance on linemarking equipment
  3. Work collaboratively with the wider operations team to complete projects on time and to the customer's specifications
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and be a positive ambassador for the Speedy linemarking Au' brand
  5. Perform physical duties including moderate lifting and extended periods of standing as required for linemarking operations

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (2+ years) but not mandatory. operating linemarking equipment in the construction industry
  2. Proven track record of delivering high-quality line marking services to clients
  3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  5. A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a range of specialist vehicles and equipment
  6. Valid Car licence (C class) required for operating company vehicles and equipment
  7. Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the business
