How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next?

As our new Project Management Consultant, you'll primarily lead Schools Infrastructure projects while gaining opportunities to diversify across health and large-scale infrastructure projects. You'll partner with clients to solve complex challenges, deliver value, and shape the future of community infrastructure.

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager you will be:

  • Lead planning, procurement, and delivery of projects $25M+
  • Administer GC21 (or similar) contracts with a focus on compliance and performance
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments to achieve streamlined outcomes
  • Manage project cost, schedule, and risk with transparency and precision
  • Provide clear reporting to internal and client leadership teams
  • Foster strong engagement and communication across all phases

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging problems and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. To be successful in this position you will ideally have:

  • 3-8 years' experience project managing buildings with a focus on School Infrastructure (SINSW or similar) and/or Health infrastructure (HINSW or similar) projects
  • Strong understanding of GC21 or equivalent contract administration
  • Ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity in decision-making
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and a commitment to creating a lasting positive impact
