About the Role
This is a
hybrid position
where you'll work directly with our General Manager, combining
executive support
with
hands-on development coordination
.
It's a great opportunity for either:
- An
experienced Executive or Development Assistant
ready to step up, OR - A
junior candidate
currently studying Project/Construction Management, looking for a cadet-style role with mentorship and real-world experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the GM
- Assist with project coordination: scheduling, documentation, stakeholder comms
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
- Liaise with consultants, contractors and government agencies
- Manage calendars, meetings and travel logistics
- Contribute to planning and project delivery
What We're Looking For
- Experienced candidates:
proven background in EA/Development support (ideally property or construction) - Junior candidates:
studying a relevant degree, with a strong interest in development - Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and professional approach
- A passion for learning and contributing to impactful projects
