  • Identify, prioritise, and communicate support needs to enable effective case coordination.
  • Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the level of risk to the individual, self, staff or others across domains such as personal safety, MARAM, mental health, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), and other relevant frameworks.
  • Collaboratively develop and implement safety plans to mitigate identified risks.
  • Recognise and escalate situations involving unacceptable risk to individuals or staff by reporting to management.
  • Provide support that empowers individuals to pursue opportunities and achieve their housing and personal goals.
  • Deliver practical assistance that supports daily living and promotes independence.
  • Advocate on behalf of individuals with internal and external services and stakeholders.
  • Apply relevant policies, procedures, and legal frameworks, ensuring privacy, confidentiality, and informed consent are upheld.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation using relevant systems.
  • Facilitate recreational and wellbeing activities that contribute to a positive living environment.
  • Undertake administrative tasks that support the effective operation of the site.
  • Deliver a welcoming, efficient, and client-centred front-of-house experience by overseeing front of house responsibilities.
  • Respond to building maintenance issues as they arise and report them through appropriate channels to ensure timely resolution.
What we're looking for (key selection criteria):
  • Actively engaging in continuous improvement within your team and across the organisation.
  • Building and maintaining strong, respectful relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Behaving in accordance with all Launch Housing policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Child Safe Code of Conduct.
  • Translating Child Safe Standards into day-to-day practice to ensure a child-safe environment is maintained at all times.
  • Contributing to a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and heard.
  • Demonstrating professionalism, empathy and discretion in all work-related interactions.
  • Handling personal and organisational information with care, confidentiality and integrity.
  • Sharing knowledge and supporting the capability and development of others across the organisation.
  • Participating in organisational initiatives, working groups or projects aligned with Launch Housing's values and strategic goals.
  • Undertaking other duties as required, aligned with organisational priorities and operational needs.
