Rock Crusher Technicians Position Available with Client in Australia

Our client is seeking highly skilled and experienced Rock Crusher Technicians to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with a robust background in maintaining and repairing rock crushing equipment, who are committed to ensuring machinery operates at peak efficiency. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in the maintenance, repair, and operation of rock crushing machinery, contributing significantly to the success of our client's operations.

Candidate Essentials:

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Rock Crusher Technician or in a similar role, with proven expertise in the maintenance and repair of rock crushing equipment.Must hold relevant technical qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent, recognized within Australia.Required documentation includes professional references, recent payslips, a valid passport, and a clean police record.

Core Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on rock crushing equipment to prevent downtime and ensure operational efficiency.Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in crushing machinery, implementing effective solutions to resolve issues promptly.Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and repairs, minimizing impact on production.Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.Provide technical support and training to other team members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in rock crushing equipment and maintenance techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

Extensive experience in rock crusher maintenance and repair, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or similar qualification, with a focus on heavy machinery.Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in heavy equipment.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under challenging conditions.Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with teams across different departments.Physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding tasks in a variety of environmental conditions.
