TSS are supporting a well-established gold operation in the Coolgardie region, with a stable processing plant and long-term outlook. The site runs a conventional crushing, grinding, gravity and CIL gold circuit, with production delivered by an experienced operations team.

About the Role

We're seeking two Senior Process Technicians to support safe and stable production across the full processing circuit. This is a site-based role on an 8&6 or 7&7 roster, working 12-hour shifts and operating across crushing, milling, classification, gravity recovery and CIL.

You'll be responsible for maintaining plant performance, monitoring key parameters, conducting field inspections and supporting critical areas such as carbon movement, elution and electrowinning.

Key Responsibilities


• Operate and monitor crushers, conveyors, mill circuits and hydrocyclones

• Maintain densities, flows, pressures, cyanide levels and dissolved oxygen across the CIL circuit

• Conduct field inspections, sampling and troubleshooting of pumps, valves and screens

• Support gravity recovery checks and secure handling of concentrate

• Assist with carbon transfers, elution, electrowinning and gold room activities

• Contribute to shutdowns, clean-outs, hose downs and improvement work

• Record and interpret process data to support metallurgical performance

About You


• Experience as a Senior Process Technician in gold or base metals

• Strong understanding of crushing, milling, gravity and CIL operations

• Able to work across the full circuit, in field and control room

• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to identify early signs of instability

• Able to meet pre-employment medical and site requirements

• Paid 12 hours per day including fly-in and fly-out days

Day Shift

Land in Kalgoorlie around 7 am and head straight to site to start work.

Night Shift

Fly in during the afternoon and go straight to site for shift start.

On fly-out day, finish night shift, quick shower at camp and straight to the airport — no hanging around.
