About The Role
We are currently seeking a Folder Gluer Packer/Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the consistent quality, efficiency, and output of our folding and gluing operations within our IML production environment.

Duties include

• Pack cartons efficiently while ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Maintain equipment, report faults or servicing requirements promptly.
• Comply with WH&S, HACCP, and environmental procedures to maintain a safe and organized workplace.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure all cartons meet customer specifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

About You

• Prior packing or production experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
• Ability to visually distinguish all colours (essential for label inspection).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• A proactive approach to learning.
• A strong focus on safety and following procedures.
