This National retailer is on the lookout for a strong, experienced and KPI driven Store Manager to join their store in Canberra Civic We are looking for someone who is a natural people person and communicator who can coach and inspire the team to achieve. You will be exceptional at sales, creating an amazing work environment and LOVE premium accessories, handbags and luggage

As the Store Manger you will be at the forefront of this store and be accountable for every aspect of the day to day running's of the business, especially motivating and driving your team. Previous retail management experience is essential, and your resume will demonstrate a history of success in the industry.

What we're looking for....

  • Strong Sales and Retail Store Management Experience with a team of 10+
  • Large format / Dept store / Supermarket candidates HIGHLY REGARDED
  • Have a proven sales record working with KPI's and budgets
  • Understanding of wage control and rosters
  • Be across stock management and shrinkage control
  • Love selling and creating memorable customer experiences
  • Bright and vibrant personality
  • Hunting for a career not just a JOB
