About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Retail Management Team to oversee all aspects of the store. Reporting to the Area/State Manager, your role will ensure operational excellence, achieve sales targets, foster financial growth, and maintain the highest standards of service. You will:

  • Provide outstanding leadership to the team.
  • Manage operational tasks such as rostering, inventory VM, reporting, recruitment, training and coaching.
  • Drive sales and exceed KPI targets.
  • Cultivate a culture aligned with Nine West values.
  • Identify and resolve loss prevention issues.
  • Uphold policy and procedure compliance.

  • Previous experience in retail management, ideally fashion retail.
  • Previous success in exceeding KPI's.
