Beauty & Fashion Manager needed for an immediate start

What are the expectations:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff management.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of beauty consultants and sales associates.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
  • Monitor and analyse store performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high operational standards. Your leadership will be key in creating a positive and productive work environment.

What we need to see from you...:

  • Previous experience in a retail management role, hair & beauty experience highly regarded.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • High level of organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
