The Opportunity

We're looking for a Data Specialist to support accurate, trusted, and high-quality Data across our digital platforms. You'll play a key support role in executing data governance tasks, solving data issues, and partnering with different teams to maintain smooth and reliable data operations.

What You'll Do

Reporting to the National Data, Ecommerce and Integrations Manager you will:

  • Maintain and update master data across ERP and integrated systems.
  • Perform regular audits and validations to ensure clean, standardised data.
  • Follow data governance rules and help resolve data issues with stakeholders.
  • Provide support for data uploads, transformations, and system documentation.
  • Be the first point of contact for data queries from teams like Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Help develop data quality reports and surface insights that support better decisions.
  • Recommend and support automation or system improvements.
What You'll Bring
  • Hands-on experience working with structured datasets and performing data updates.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Solid Excel skills and experience with data tools
  • Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of how clean data supports business outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with an eye for improvement opportunities.
