We're seeking a Demand Planner to join our Category Planning team, someone who thrives on data, collaboration, and driving results. This is a great opportunity for a high-performing individual who is obsessed with delighting customers and delivering excellence across the supply chain.
About the opportunity
The Demand Planner will work cross-functionally with Buying and Supply Planning teams, along with suppliers on go-to-market plans and forecasting for the Front-of-Shop and Over-The-Counter business. The successful applicant will also:
- Be the go-to expert for the assigned product categories, blending historical data with market insights to forecast demand
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure inventory is where it needs to be — when it needs to be
- Drive the S&OP/IBP process, contributing to strategic planning and performance reporting
- Champion continuous improvement in demand planning tools and systems
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will possess the following key skills and experience.
- A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or similar
- 2+ years of experience in Demand or Supply Planning, ideally within the Healthcare or FMCG industry
- A sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency working in Excel and other forecasting tools (such as SAP APO/IBP experience)
- Proficiency in Power BI
- A collaborative spirit and a calm, adaptable approach under pressure
