This is a casual - full time with opportunity to be permanents full time, on site role for a Certification Coordinator located in Hoppers Crossing - Melbourne.

Duties of our Certification Coordinator: The Certification coordinator will be responsible for managing certification processes and also includes the following;

• Ensure that certification applications are complete, accurate, and comply with relevant standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with applicants to gather necessary documentation and information to complete the certification process.
• Being an adaptable, innovative team player, willing to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication skills
• Evaluate applications for certification and ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and standards.
• Review supporting documentation to verify eligibility for certification
• Identifying needs and taking the appropriate actions in accordance with these needs to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Ensure ongoing compliance with industry and legislative regulatory and quality requirements
• Assisting the Quality and Scheme Department in achieving goals
• Respond to inquiries from applicants, stakeholders, and other internal teams regarding certification requirements, procedures, and timelines.
• Update and manage certification databases and systems, ensuring proper tracking of expiration dates, renewals, and re-certifications.
• Monitor certification expiration dates and initiate renewal or re-certification processes for certified individuals or entities.
• Identify and recommend improvements to the certification process to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, Quality Management or in any related field and relevant experience.
• Proven experience in certification, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of certification processes, standards, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in using databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, or related IT contexts..
• Strong Analytical skills and Project Management experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience working in a related field
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards or certifications (e.g., NDIS).
• Knowledge of audit procedures and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Office based.
• Occasional travel may be required for audits, inspections, or industry events (if applicable).
