OUR STORY

The Central Land Council (CLC) is a corporate Commonwealth entity established under the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976. The CLC represents traditional landowners, native title holders and other Aboriginal people in the southern half of the Northern Territory—an area of almost 780,000 square kilometres.

The CLC provides its constituents with advice, advocacy and practical assistance to support their aspirations, manage their land and realise and protect their rights.

IT002 - Senior Computer Services Officer

CL 5 - CL 6 (Starting $80,622 progressing to $100,027)

ONGOING CONTRACT

KEY FUNCTIONS

Under the direction of the Computer Services Manager, this position is responsible for efficient and effective implementation, maintenance and development of CLC computer services. This includes direct involvement with:

• Administration of ICT and OT systems.
• Deployment, management and maintenance of hardware devices.
• Planning and implementation of upgrades and improvements to devices and systems.
• Ongoing tasks such as user account creation and the provision of helpdesk support.
• Travel to regional offices.

Annual progression within the salary scale is subject to satisfactory performance. Progression is in accordance with annual increments set out in an enterprise agreement.
