Golf experience preferred but not required If you love helping people, enjoy working in a team, and want to develop your skills in a friendly and supportive setting, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome members and guests, assisting with daily competitions and club enquiries.
  • Deliver brilliant customer service—helping with everything from membership options to retail sales.
  • Operate point of sale systems and ensure our shop is always inviting and well-presented.
  • Support event management and provide information on all club services.
  • Maintain a safe, organised, and positive environment for all.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or administration (preferred, but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and point of sale systems (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A current National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than three months).
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • First Aid training (preferred).
