We are looking for a motivated **Gym Membership Sales Admin** to provide administrative support for our gym's membership sales operations. This role involves assisting with daily operations, handling member inquiries, and helping to drive sales through effective communication and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in processing new memberships, renewals, and cancellations. Ensure accurate and up-to-date member records in the system.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling tours, processing payments, managing membership forms, and maintaining member databases.
- **Sales & Marketing Assistance**: Support sales campaigns and promotions. Assist with marketing efforts, including social media engagement and promoting membership offers.
- **Operational Support**: Help ensure the gym runs smoothly by supporting the team with basic operational tasks, such as monitoring equipment and keeping the gym environment clean and welcoming.

**Qualifications**:

- Current certifications in First Aid and CPR.
- Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Previous experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in fitness or retail.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for health, fitness, and an active lifestyle is highly desirable.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
