**Front Desk/Receptionist**

Our well-established dental practice located in Bunbury, Eaton and Australind is seeking an enthusiastic and committed **Full Time** Dental Receptionist to coordinate its Front Desk activities.

**Responsibilities within the role will include**:

- Answering all Practice phone queries
- Making patient appointments
- Processing patient payments as well as managing patient invoices and receipts
- Entering patient data into the practice database
- Greeting and assisting patients
- Ad-hoc administration task as required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an outstanding phone manner
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- A positive and “can do” attitude
- Previous experience within the dental industry beneficial
- Intermediate level of computer literacy (exposure to Dental databases highly regarded)

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
