- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers who thrive on insight, accountability and collaboration

- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Deep commercial acumen with understanding of P&L drivers, credit risk and pricing dynamics
- Strong analytical capability to translate data into actionable insights and prioritised initiatives
- Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills across digital, risk, finance and marketing functions
- Passion for improving customer financial experiences and delivering real impact
- A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
- An aptitude for identifying and managing risks. Whether you are a People Manager or an Individual Contributor, we are all leaders at Zip, therefore effective risk management is important to how we run our business and part of all our roles.
