Machine operator/ Quality Control Officer/ All-Rounder

This role combines machine operation with quality control responsibilities, ensuring that production runs smoothly and finished products meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant equipment and machinery as required.
- Carry out regular quality control checks on brick and paver production.
- Assist with general production and yard duties.
- Identify and report equipment faults, assist with minor maintenance and adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the production team and supervisor

- Experience in brick or concrete manufacturing is an advantage but not essential.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
- Safety-focused with good attention to detail.
