As an SAP Retail Tester, you will be an integral part of a team working on three key initiatives, each of which is pivotal to the company's operational success and overall business strategy. These include enhancing store ordering systems to ensure smooth operations and superior customer experiences, validating the integrity of pricing and promotional data for precision-driven reporting and analysis, and supporting supply chain collaboration with third-party logistics providers to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Key Skills We're Looking For:

  • Retail Testing Proficiency:
    Demonstrated expertise in testing store ordering systems to identify and address any technical issues, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for both internal stakeholders and end customers. Your role will ensure that stores operate efficiently, aligning with the company's commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Data Accuracy and Integrity:
    A strong understanding of the importance of accurate pricing and promotion data within SAP systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that all data is consistent, reliable, and readily accessible to support effective decision-making and reporting processes. Your efforts will directly contribute to the organization's ability to offer competitive and accurate promotions to its customer base.
  • Comprehensive Supply Chain Knowledge:
    Hands-on experience working within supply chain environments is essential. You will collaborate closely with third-party logistics providers to identify areas for improvement, ensure smooth integration of supply chain functionalities, and enhance overall collaboration. Your work will help drive operational excellence and contribute to achieving the company's broader supply chain objectives.
  • SAP Retail experience 4 years (SAP ECC 6 EHP 7)
  • Specific SAP pricing and conditions experience
  • SAP Enterprise portal experience
  • SAP Fiori experience (not critical, its presentation layer only - so ok if they don't have this as most of their testing is using an effective mobile app)
