About the role

Join the team at Court & Spark Boutique as a Sales Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building and maintaining customer relationships and supporting the overall operations of our retail store in Airlie Beach, QLD.

We are currently hiring for both part time (approx hours p/wk) and full time positions (38 hours p/wk) at our Airlie Beach store.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure our customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Assisting customers with product selection, recommendations and checkout processes
  • Maintaining the visual presentation and organisation of the store to create an inviting atmosphere
  • Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately
  • Adhering to store policies and procedures to support the overall operations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the retail industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and building customer rapport.
  • Knowledge and interest in fashion, current trends and ability to style clients
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently to complete tasks efficiently
  • Flexible availability to work during store opening hours, including weekends and public holidays (We are open 7 days a week, 9am-5:30pm - excluding Christmas Day)
  • Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude to contribute to the vibrant store environment
