Looking after over 45 retail customers daily, the teams priority is to make the customer experience the best it can be. We can only achieve this with the best candidates for the role. Qualifications & experience

  • More than 2 years proven customer service history.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPI's.
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking and negotiation ability.
  • High level of both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Professional appearance beyond interview.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Outgoing, energetic and confident personality.
  • Clean Drivers licence (essential).

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Be results driven and accomplish goals by looking after our service client requirements from vehicle drop off to collection.
  • Make decisions and connect with people both internally and manufacturers and sublets directly.
  • Negotiate with confidence knowing your product and process within the department.
  • Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on customer satisfaction by ensuring all client experiences meet expectations.
